Copyright is a law that protects the scrip from being copied by other people and companies. The law only protects to work and not the idea so you can have lots of people with the same idea but all of the work will be different from the copyright. It only protects the work colours, images and phrases can not be protected from the law but if they are all to giver as a logo they can be protected from copyright. This is because the colours, images and phrases are to commonly use. If the work is use and there is no promotions ask the owner can take the user to court and get them sowed. The places that you can use copyrighted work are places that make no profit from using the work and if the work is use for eructation purposes. The owner of the work is uncharged of the work and they can do what they won’t to do with it and hand can hand out copies to who they won’t to.
